In the Technology and Innovation Management seminar, selected topics on technology and innovation management are covered, e.g.

  • Use of digital technologies in innovation management;
  • Internationalization of innovation processes;
  • Open innovation formats;
  • Innovation strategies and technology life cycles;
  • Protection of innovation with intellectual property.

Qualification Goals

After completing the module, students will be able to

  • identify and systematize specific innovation-related problems from industrial and service companies relating to specific markets and current innovation projects and develop goal-oriented solutions,
  • work together in groups or teams on projects, plan, structure, coordinate and manage them in a goal-oriented manner and
  • select suitable concepts and theories for practical innovation management problems and use them to develop solutions.
