Depending on requirements and availability, the module offers various in-depth courses on special accounting issues and/or auditing.


Qualification Goals

The main aim of the module is to provide students with sound theoretical and practical knowledge in the areas of accounting/publicity and auditing. After completing the module, students will be able to

  • recognize and understand the origins and limitations of existing current concepts of accounting/publicity and auditing in order to develop their own further developments on this basis if necessary,
  • combine theory and practice and
  • apply the specialist knowledge they have acquired critically and responsibly in a wide variety of positions within the field of accounting and finance with regard to the possibilities and limits of the areas of organization taught.
