This case study seminar combines concepts and cases in corporate finance and thus bridges the gap between (corporate finance) theory and practice. This is urgently needed in this area. The methodology of the seminar differs significantly from a traditional event. The participants gather insights and knowledge themselves, while the teachers guide them through the creation and discovery process and facilitate it.


Qualification Goals

After completing the module, students will be able to

  • independently solve complex questions in the field of financing young companies based on written case analyses and,
  • create business plans for young companies with scalable business models.
