In this module, selected practical problems from the areas of strategy, organization and international management are dealt with in greater depth. To this end, specific problems from the field are recorded, structured and solutions are developed in group or individual work.


Qualification Goals

After completing the module, students will be able to

  • recognize central issues from the practice of strategic and international management,
  • examine these issues in depth and critically with the help of scientific theories and methods and
  • communicate and discuss proposed solutions both orally (in presentations) and in writing (in term papers).
