In diesem Modul werden ausgewählte praktische Problemstellungen aus den Bereichen Strategie, Organisation und Internationales Management tiefergehend behandelt. Dafür werden konkrete Problemstellungen aus dem Bereich erfasst, strukturiert und in Gruppen- oder Einzelarbeiten Lösungsvorschläge erarbeitet.

Studierenden sind nach Abschluss des Moduls in der Lage,
- zentrale Fragestellungen aus der Praxis des strategischen und internationalen Managements zu erkennen,
- diese Fragestellungen mit Hilfe wissenschaftlicher Theorien und Methoden tiefgehend und kritisch zu untersuchen sowie
- Lösungsvorschläge sowohl mündlich (in Präsentationen) als auch schriftlich (in Hausarbeiten) zu kommunizieren und zu diskutieren.
