Here are two complete book-pages side by side. On the left page 196 from my section, and on the right page 150 from Denecke/Wismath. Why did their translation not copy the figure?. The following page might hold a clue... 

Interestingly, the commonly used term is „bounded functor“ or „accessible functor“. . I decided for
the German  „beschränkter Funktor“. Their re-translation into English made it a „restricted functor“  ...
