Contents

Climatic geography focuses on the spatial impact of weather, weathering and climate as well as the interaction with abiotic, biotic and anthropogenic components. It analyzes, explains, and predicts the spatial differentiation and spatiotemporal change of climate, taking into account various scales (micro, meso, macro) and their transitions.


Qualification Goals

Students will gain an overview of the state of scientific knowledge in climatic geography and become familiar with basic correlations, specific methods and important technical terms. They expand their social and communication skills through group work, discussions and presentations.
