Contents

The content of the module focuses on the combination of logistics or supply chain management and controlling to form logistics or supply chain controlling, the presentation and discussion of the relevant controlling instruments and their transfer to logistics and cross-company supply chain management. The application of the instruments is illustrated using practical examples.


Qualification Goals

Students will acquire the basic know-how and crucial skills in the field of logistics or supply chain controlling with the aim of successfully assuming positions at the top management level or as logistics or supply chain controller(s) in industry, trade and services.
