Contents

After participating in the module, students will be able to analyze the strategic situation of internationally active companies and formulate corporate and competitive strategies for these companies. Theories, concepts and instruments of strategic management at the corporate and business level in an international environment characterized by cultural differences are taught.


Qualification Goals

The module is based on a mixture of lecture, discussion, independent study, case studies and group work. This enables students to develop their own strategies and apply tools of strategic management at the corporate level in a global context.
