In the seminar

Elaboration and presentation of the abiotic and biotic basics of the specific habitats studied based on the relevant literature.

On the field trip with exercise

Elaboration of the effect of abiotic and biotic factors on spatial patterns of biodiversity in the field using quantitative field ecology methods; planning sampling; methods of studying spatial distribution.

In-depth knowledge of habitats and their organisms and the spatial patterns of plants and animals of selected geographic areas; confident application of field ecological methods; documentation, interpretation, and discussion of biodiversity data
