Qualification Goals

The module deals with the biogeographical components in the common study area of all advanced modules. In this context, biogeographical research approaches, questions and methodological working methods are dealt with and worked out independently. Students learn to analyze and evaluate a sub-aspect of physical geography in its ecosystem interaction with different spheres including human-environment relations and the economic valuation of ecosystem services in space and time.
