Organizational differentiation and integration; organizational units and organizational structure; organizational concepts and process organization; motivation and job satisfaction; group processes and team dynamics; organizational culture and change; basics of employee management


Qualification Goals

Students will learn to describe, analyze and evaluate the structures of organizations in terms of their usefulness. In addition, they should be able to design an appropriate structure depending on the situation of an organization.
