Building on the structures from Microeconomics I, students here learn about models of interactive decision-making situations. They learn to identify areas of application for the respective class of models. Students will gain an initial overview of the limitations of rational decision models.


Qualification Goals

Students who have successfully completed this module are able to formulate assumptions regarding the rational behavior of economic agents and to formally represent the goals of individual agents as well as scarcities - as constraints of economic action. They have solution strategies for simply structured decision-making problems.
