Contents

Theories of industrial economics and organizational economics are studied in depth. Emphasis is placed on the analysis of the influence of the distribution of decision-making power and the organization of information flow on allocation.


Qualification Goals

Students will be able to identify frictions in markets and organizations and evaluate various institutional solutions. They will recognize the need for incentive compatibility for information disclosure and for the design of contractual agreements.
