Contents

The module deals with the concepts and instruments of organizational science. It addresses diverse subtopics within this field, including organizational differentiation and integration as well as employee motivation and job satisfaction.


Qualification Goals

Upon completion of the module, students will be able to,

(1) describe, analyze, and evaluate the structures of organizations in terms of their usefulness; and

(2) describe, analyze, and change individual behavior in organizations, group behavior, and organizational cultures.
