Students are just as familiar with the basics of PLM as they are with related aspects of economic efficiency. The modelling of business processes with BPMN, key figures for the assessment and control of processes as well as approaches for the design of operational information systems are mastered and central aspects of IT controlling can be applied for the context mentioned.
