Qualification Goals

The seminar takes the form of a project seminar. The methodology includes a structured research program: the aim is to record and structure concrete innovation-related problems from companies and to develop proposals for solutions in group and individual work. The project seminar imparts the relevant skills and knowledge of information acquisition, teamwork and targeted solution of a selected project from innovation management for both scientific questions and practice-oriented problems. Skills that are learned independently include obtaining relevant information, structuring key questions and developing concrete results.
