In seminar

Discussion of current iGEM projects, presentation of current iGEMWikis, development of contributions to ''Human Practice'', discussion of current biobricks, brainstorming and theoretical development of the iGEM project.

In the course

A collaborative project will be developed as part of the iGEM competition participation. For this purpose, novel biobricks will be produced in the laboratory and/or existing biobricks will be improved or quantitatively measured. A collaborative team poster and team wiki will be created for presentation at the Regional European Jamboree. The project will be presented at the competition through a joint presentation and evaluated by the judges. Active participation in the competition also includes dealing with the aspects of ''Human Practices''.


Qualification Goals

Participation in the iGEM competition as a team member. Development and presentation of a joint iGEM project. Production and description of biobricks. Presentation of the social and ethical aspects of the project. Creation of a team wiki and a poster. Joint presentation of the results achieved as a lecture and as a poster at the regional European Jamboree.
