Qualification Goals

This seminar deals with selected and current topics in organizational science, human resources and knowledge management. The aim is to grasp and structure concrete problems from these areas and to develop proposed solutions in group or individual work. For this purpose, suitable concepts and theories are to be selected and used to develop solutions. The competence to communicate and discuss solution proposals for concrete problems is to be imparted. These can relate, for example, to employee management and group processes in science and practice, digitization of organization, human resources and knowledge management, the management of knowledge-intensive companies, new work: the transformation of organizations and workplaces, organization and society or business ethics.
