Qualification Goals

With the various perspectives on organizations and management, students will learn the history of thinking about organizations in the 20th and early 21st centuries. This will enable them to conduct theory-based organizational research as well as to analyze organizations from different perspectives in a practice-oriented manner. The module is recommended for students who want to work in the fields of management consulting, human resource management, innovation management or knowledge management.
