The module deals with methods and techniques for identifying, structuring and analyzing strategic problems in companies and communicating their solutions.


Qualification Goals

Upon completion of the module, students will be able to,

(1) identify, structure, and analyze novel, complex problems from case studies,

(2) develop a solution approach to problems at hand in companies via the application of various concepts and tools of problem solving, and

(3) communicate and discuss solutions to problems and deal critically with feedback.
