Contents

  • Problem analysis, design, implementation, quality assurance and documentation of a larger software system on the basis of modern concepts and tools of software engineering.
  • Planning and implementation of software projects
  • Iterative software development, in which each iteration concludes with a milestone acceptance

Students

  • can systematically develop a larger software system along a defined software development process,
  • can design a larger software system,
  • have in-depth knowledge of modeling and programming,
  • can create high quality software
  • can work in a structured way in a team over a longer period of time,
  • can perform guided project management tasks according to principles of software engineering,

Prerequisites

None. The competences taught in the following modules are recommended: Object-oriented Programming, Algorithms and Data Structures, Software Engineering.
