This case study seminar combines concepts and cases in corporate finance, bridging the gap between (corporate finance) theory and practice. This is urgently needed in this field. The methodology of the seminar differs significantly from a traditional event. The learners gather insights and knowledge themselves, while the instructors guide them through and facilitate the process of creation and discovery.


Qualification Goals

Upon successful completion of this module, students will be able to independently solve complex issues in the area of financing young companies using written case analyses. In addition, knowledge in the area of business plan preparation will be imparted.
