Contents

The module contains economic analyses of legal rules and regulations. Different fields of law are considered (e.g., contract law, tort law, business law, and consumer law).


Qualification Goals

Upon completion of the module, students will be able to,

(1) apply basic models of economic analysis of law to specific problems; and

(2) evaluate different legal solutions to well-defined circumstances.
