Qualification Goals

Modern OMICs methods (proteomics, single cell transcriptomics, metabolomics, etc.) provide new insights into important disease patterns and personalized therapeutic approaches. requires an interdisciplinary approach that combines biological expertise with bioinformatics methodology.

Students will

  • Formulate biological hypotheses by analyzing real-world datasets of high-throughput data from OMICs methods using biological hypotheses (contribute to the understanding of important disease patterns and personalized therapy approaches in infectious biology
