UpMath Documents

The UpMath project is a collection of mathematical documents – each devoted to a single topic – which is organized as a hierarchy with various links and interconnections (to be developed over time). The main idea is the use of specially created symbols to denote various mathematical objects (functions, vector spaces, algebras etc.) in a uniform way throughout the entire collection. A second feature is the use of duality in the organizing principles, which is also apparent in the shape of the symbols.

UpTeX Language

The typesetting language of the UpMath Documents is called UpTeX. Presently, the UpTeX Precompiler transforms such UTX files into LaTeX files which require UpMath style and font to be translated into PDF finally.
