Contents
The content of the module focuses on the management of logistics service providers or services, their integration into strategic networks of supply chain management as well as the internationalization of companies and the associated logistics activities. The relevant theories are discussed and practical implementation is illustrated by means of examples.
Qualification Goals
Students will acquire the fundamental know-how and crucial skills with the aim of successfully assuming positions at the first management level as CEO or logistics specialist or supply chain manager or supply chain controller in industry, trade and services.
