Seminars on special and current issues in the areas of accounting, company valuation and corporate governance, among others, are offered to deepen the courses in the master's program and to expand the subject matter. The seminar is offered in the form of a research and/or case study seminar.
Qualification Goals
The aim is to identify and structure concrete current (theoretical and/or empirical) problems from the areas of accounting, company valuation and/or corporate governance and to work on them individually or in groups. At the same time, this is intended to prepare the participants for writing a master's thesis in the subject "Accounting/Corporate Valuation".
