In the seminar Technology and Innovation Management, selected topics on technology and innovation management are dealt with. The seminar takes the form of a project seminar. The methodology of the project seminar includes a structured research program: The aim is to record and structure concrete innovation-related problems from industrial and service companies relating to specific markets and current innovation projects and to develop proposed solutions in group and individual work. Suitable concepts and theories are to be selected for this purpose and used to develop solutions.
Qualification Goals
The project seminar teaches the relevant skills and knowledge of information acquisition, teamwork and the targeted solution of a selected project from innovation management for both scientific work and practice-oriented cases. The skills that are learned independently in the course of the project work include obtaining the relevant information, structuring the core questions and developing a result that is as concrete as possible.
