This module introduces important methods in the analysis of empirical economic data. It combines statistical methods of investigation with economic theory and shows how the latter can be studied using empirical data.
Qualification Goals
Students learn important methods of empirical analysis both from a theoretical as well as a practical point of view. This helps develop students' competences to make educated comments on empirical studies and conduct their own empirical work.
