- Problem analysis, design, implementation, quality assurance and documentation of a larger software system on the basis of modern concepts and tools of software engineering.
- Planning and implementation of software projects
- Iterative software development, in which each iteration concludes with a milestone acceptance
Qualification Goals
Practical experience in the systematic development of a larger software system along a defined software development process. More precisely:
- Practical experience in designing a larger software system,
- Deepening of modeling and programming skills,
- Practical experience in creating high quality software,
- Experiencing structured teamwork over a longer period of time,
- Guided learning of project management tasks according to the principles of software engineering,
- Recognizing typical conflicts of objectives between commercial and IT perspectives,
- Practical experience in documentation and presentation of project results.
