Qualification Goals
This module provides a basic introduction to the key figure-based controlling of companies. On the basis of selected problems, there is a discussion of the instruments and corresponding key figures against the background of the corporate coordination problems to be solved with them. Students will be enabled to understand, apply, critically evaluate and further develop the essential instruments of the subject.
