Qualification Goals
Seminars on special and current issues from the areas of accounting, company valuation and corporate governance, among others, are offered to deepen the courses in the master's program and to expand the subject matter. The seminar is offered in the form of a research and/or case study seminar. The aim is to identify and structure current (theoretical and/or empirical) problems in the areas of accounting, company valuation and/or corporate governance, to work on them individually or in groups and to present them. At the same time, this is intended to prepare participants for writing a master's thesis in the subject ''Accounting/Corporate Valuation''.
