Qualification Goals
In the module "Management of Companies in the Health Care Industry", students are taught competencies for the market-oriented management of health care facilities or individual divisions under the respective prevailing political-legal framework conditions as well as analysis tools and strategies for health care facilities in an increasingly competitive environment. The objective is to equip students with a profound basic knowledge, which is to be proven by a course achievement in the form of a 60-minute test.
In addition, the students are to be enabled to deal in depth with concrete problems in the context of the management of companies in the health care industry. This ability must be demonstrated by the examination in the form of a term paper.
The results of the homework are to be presented in the form of a paper, which is designed as a course assignment. This is to ensure the deepening of the acquired knowledge from both a theoretical and a practical application perspective.
