Die Studierenden

  • können beschreiben, was eine gute Projektmanagerin bzw. einen guten Projektmanager ausmacht und was die Erfolgsfaktoren für gutes Projektmanagement sind,
  • können klassische Projektmanagement-Themen darlegen, die für die erfolgreiche Durchführung großer und kleiner Software-Projekte in der Wirtschaft wichtig sind,
  • können den Unterschied zwischen klassischen und agilen Vorgehensmodellen aufzeigen und deren Einsatzgebiete gegenüberstellen,
  • können das Handwerkszeug einer Projektmanagerin bzw. eines Projektmanagers für Planung und Controlling, Qualitäts- und Risikomanagement beschreiben,
  • können realistische Aufwände schätzen und kennen die zu beachtenden Rahmenbedingungen,
  • können persönliche Kompetenzen einer Projektmanagerin bzw. eines Projektmanagers benennen, die nötig sind, um ein Projekt zum Erfolg zu führen,
  • können die rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen beschreiben, die für eine Projektmanagerin bzw. einen Projektmanager relevant sind,
  • können Projektmanagement-Pattern beschreiben, die den Werkzeugkasten einer Projektmanagerin bzw. eines Projektmanagers füllen,
  • sind mit den verschiedenen Werkzeugen vertraut und können deren Wirkung in konkreten Situationen und typischen Problemstellungen einschätzen.
