Die Studierenden

  • können Konzepte zur Erweiterung objektrelationaler Datenbanksysteme für Geo-Anwendungen beschreiben,
  • können Prinzipien grundlegender Algorithmen und Datenstrukturen für Geo-Datenbanken erläutern,
  • können Datenmodelle für Geo-Daten beschreiben,
  • können Anfrageverarbeitung in Geo-Datenbanken einsetzen,
  • können mit Geo-Informationssystemen und Geo-Datenbanksystemen umgehen,
  • sind in der Lage, wissenschaftliche Arbeitsweisen beim eigenständigen Erkennen, Formulieren und Lösen von Problemen anzuwenden,
  • sind in der Lage, über wissenschaftliche Inhalte frei zu sprechen, sowohl vor einem Publikum als auch in einer Diskussion.
