Qualification Goals

The main objective of the module is to impart sound theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of ''Business Taxation'', especially with regard to business decisions/applications in a cross-border/international context. After completing the module, students will be able to

  • recognize and grasp the relevance of taxes for international business decisions in order to arrive at their own further developments and critical assessments on this basis.
  • ensure the sustainable acquisition of skills by focusing on the understanding of interrelationships and the combination of theory and practice,
  • apply the specialist knowledge they have acquired critically and responsibly in a wide variety of positions within the field of accounting and finance with regard to the possibilities and limits of the areas of organization taught.
