Qualification Goals
After completing this module, students will be able to
- describe cultural differences between countries and regions and organizational cultural differences between companies,
- analyze and operate knowledge management and employee management on the basis of high cultural awareness,
- apply different instruments of knowledge management and put their theoretical knowledge of employee management into practice.
