Qualification Goals

After completing this module, students will be able to

  • describe cultural differences between countries and regions and organizational cultural differences between companies,
  • analyze and operate knowledge management and employee management on the basis of high cultural awareness,
  • apply different instruments of knowledge management and put their theoretical knowledge of employee management into practice.
