Studierende sind nach Abschluss des Moduls in der Lage,

  • kulturelle Unterschiede zwischen Ländern und Regionen und organisationskulturelle Unterschiede zwischen Unternehmen zu beschreiben,
  • Wissensmanagement und Mitarbeiterführung auf Basis hohen Kulturbewusstseins zu analysieren und zu betreiben,
  • unterschiedliche Instrumente des Wissensmanagements anzuwenden und ihre theoretischen Kenntnisse der Mitarbeiterführung in die Praxis umzusetzen.
