Entrepreneurship is a multifaceted phenomenon and this course covers current issues in entrepreneurship. Topics include a general introduction, hybrid entrepreneurship, corporate entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship, and policy instruments to support entrepreneurship. Some of the topics may vary in order to always be able to respond to current developments in the field of entrepreneurship.


Qualification Goals

After completing the module, students will be able to

  • name opportunities and challenges in the field of entrepreneurship and explain the requirements for successfully founding and managing a company,
  • describe the growth and life cycle of a newly founded company and apply entrepreneurship tools to overcome the challenges of founding a company.
  • Through thematic specialization, students learn to better assess and analyze selected aspects of entrepreneurship.

The course supports students in developing an entrepreneurial mindset.
