Das Modul beschäftigt sich mit wichtigen Theorien, Konzepten und Instrumenten des Managements von Unternehmen. Das Modul adressiert Aspekte der Zielsetzung und der Gestaltung der Unternehmenskultur, Formen der Organisation und des Personalmanagements sowie das Management von Individuen und Gruppen und die Entscheidungsfindung in Unternehmen.

Studierende sind nach Abschluss des Moduls in der Lage,
- unterschiedliche Theorien, Konzepte und Instrumente der Planung, Organisation, Führung und Kontrolle in Unternehmen zu benennen und ihre Funktionsweise zu erläutern,
- diese Konzepte zur Lösung komplexerer Problemstellungen in Fallbeispielen anzuwenden sowie
- die Managementherausforderungen beispielhafter Unternehmen zu analysieren und Lösungsvorschläge zu entwickeln.
