Das Modul beschäftigt sich mit wichtigen Theorien, Konzepten und Instrumenten des strategischen Managements auf Unternehmensebene. Das Modul adressiert Aspekte der externen und internen strategischen Analyse, der Gestaltung von Unternehmensstrategien und der Umsetzung dieser Strategien.

Die Studierenden sind nach Abschluss des Moduls in der Lage,

  • unterschiedliche Theorien, Konzepte und Instrumente des strategischen Managements zu benennen und ihre Funktionsweise zu erläutern,
  • diese Konzepte zur Analyse der strategischen Situation von international tätigen Unternehmen anzuwenden sowie
  • Unternehmens- und Wettbewerbsstrategien für beispielhafte Unternehmen zu entwickeln.
