  • die Rolle des Controllings mit Blick auf die Strategieimplementierung zu erklären,
  • fortgeschrittene Verfahren der Kostenrechnung zu erklären, anzuwenden und kontextspezifisch anzupassen,
  • Kosten und (finanzielle und nicht-finanzielle) Unternehmensperformanz zu messen und zu interpretieren,
  • sowie die erlernten Inhalte im Rahmen einer Balanced Scorecard für die unternehmerische Praxis nutzbar zu machen.
