Im Kurs werden alle Aspekte in einer Organisation für die Etablierung und Durchführung eines Managements von Prozessen in Organisationen behandelt. Es werden sowohl die funktionalen Aspekte adressiert, als auch die Verbindungen des Prozessmanagements zu anderen Managementbereichen aufgezeigt.
