The module deals with the concepts and instruments of organizational science. It addresses all subtopics of this field such as organizational structure and processes, individual behavior in organizations, group behavior, organizational culture and change.
Qualification Goals
After completing the module, students will be able to
- describe, analyse and evaluate the structures of organizations with regard to their appropriateness and
- describe and analyse individual behaviour in organizations, group behaviour and organizational cultures and contribute to change.
