Contents

Corporate logistics encompasses the integrated interaction of procurement, production and distribution logistics in industrial, commercial and service companies. Core contents, typical decision-making situations, and strategic and operational solution concepts are considered. Case studies from corporate practice illustrate the theoretical and conceptual explanations. As the course progresses, the logistics of the individual company is expanded to include the network perspective - supply chain management.


Qualification Goals

With the courses, students acquire know-how and skills that enable them to take on management positions in the logistics of industrial and commercial companies or logistics service providers.
