LAaG Mathematics — Advanced Modules

Modules totaling 48 CP must be completed in this area of study. The modules Elementary Stochastics, Algebra, Mathematics Education: Teaching Algebra, Geometry, Mathematics Education: Teaching Geometry as well as ProfiWerk mathematics are mandatory.

In addition, a small advanced module (with 6 CP) and a large advanced module (with 9 CP) must be selected, of which at least one must be from pure mathematics. Advanced modules in pure mathematics are marked with an "R", advanced modules in applied mathematics are marked with an "A", respectively.

It should be noted that certain elective modules require, in addition to the competencies acquired in the course of study, further competencies that may have to be acquired extracurricularly (in self-study). This particularly concerns the module ''Statistics'' as well as the specialization modules.
