Contents

The topics build on knowledge from intermediate modules and/or an advanced module. The respective main topic and the selection of possible lecture topics are chosen in advance by the lecturer and they are listed in the module announcement.


Qualification Goals

Students can work on an advanced mathematical topic themselves, present it in a seminar talk and engage in a scientific discussion.


Prerequisites

The following modules are required: Linear Algebra incl. Foundations of Mathematics, Analysis I, Analysis II. Depending on the topic, the corresponding intermediate module may be required according to the module announcement.
