Qualification Goals

Students,

  • are able to independently review and expand their level of knowledge in a scientific area from mathematics based on recommended literature and familiarize themselves with the current state of research,
  • have knowledge of subject-specific methods of literature search,
  • are familiar with the typesetting systems used for writing mathematical papers,
  • are familiar with software systems that support scientific work in the field of the master's thesis.

Prerequisites

None. We recommend the competences taught in the basic modules as well as in the intermediate and advanced modules.
