Contents
The seminar deals with current, research-relevant topics in the interdisciplinary interface area of "innovative value creation concepts" (strategic management, innovation management and marketing). The seminar takes the form of a research seminar. Here, the participants go through their own empirical research project. The aim is to identify and structure concrete scientific research questions and to work on them in groups or individually. In order to solve the problem, suitable data are collected and appropriate scientific research methods are applied. In addition, empirical results are to be theoretically substantiated and recorded in scientific documentation.
Qualification Goals
The project seminar teaches the relevant skills and knowledge of problem definition, information and data procurement, the application of selected methods and appropriate documentation, particularly for scientific work. In addition, teamwork skills and the structuring of complex issues are taught. The skills, which are learned independently in the course of the project work, qualify the participants to work on their own research questions and to prepare an empirical final thesis.
