Introduction to arbitrage theory under security, investment valuation under taxes and transaction costs, risk, portfolio selection theory (bonds and stocks), valuation theory under risk (capital asset pricing model, option pricing), introduction to hedging.
Qualification Goals
Students will gain in-depth insight into investment and financing decisions under risk. They will specifically build skills for solving investment and financial decisions under risk.
